Easy Pork And Spinach Noodles With Egg( 15 Mins)

There are times when cooking feels like a drag, I prefer making easy and fast meals like pork and spinach noodles during those times. 

Fresh noodles and pork mince tossed with spinach and egg is one of my favorite quick meals to make.

In addition to being quick and easy, it’s filled with so much flavor and nutrients.

These pork and spinach noodles are ready in 20 minutes (fewer if you use chopped frozen spinach)

For this pork and spinach noodles recipe, we don’t need to boil the noodles because we will be using fresh store-bought noodles.
The noodles will be tossed in the pan after everything else has finished cooking.

For this recipe, you can use different kinds of noodles and these may include:

• Egg Noodles. You can make this with egg noodles.
• Spaghetti, Fettuccine, or Linguini. These are good options if you can’t find another type of noodles.
• Rice Noodles. This is one of my favorite noodles, they cook fast, chewy texture, and are gluten-free.
• Soba Noodles. These noodles are made from buckwheat flour.

Directs How To Make Pork And Spinach Noodles

1. In a large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil of your choice, I prefer olive oil.
2. Add some chopped onions, and cook for a minute.
3. Add pork mince, salt, and pepper, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add 2 cups of chopped spinach, and cook for 2 minutes. I prefer chopped frozen spinach

5. Add 2 beaten eggs and cook for a minute,

6. Add a tablespoon of curry powder and evenly mix.

7. Add the noodles and 2 tablespoons of water to separate them.

Mix evenly and cook for 5 mins then serve.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Pork Mince You can use any ground meat of your choice.
  • 200 grams Fresh Noodles You can use different types of noodles available to you.
  • 2 cups Chopped Spinach In this recipe, I used chopped spinach.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 small Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt The amount of salt you use must be according to your taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
