Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Pork Mince You can use any ground meat of your choice.
  • 200 grams Fresh Noodles You can use different types of noodles available to you.
  • 2 cups Chopped Spinach In this recipe, I used chopped spinach.
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 small Chopped Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt The amount of salt you use must be according to your taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet
  • Add some chopped onions, and cook for a minute.
  • Add pork mince, salt, and black pepper, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped spinach, and cook for 2 minutes. I prefer chopped frozen spinach
  • Add the eggs and cook for a minute.
  • Add a tablespoon of curry powder and mix evenly.
  • Add the noodles and 2 tablespoons of water to separate them. Mix evenly and cook for 5 mins.
  • Serve
