Instructions
Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet
Add some chopped onions, and cook for a minute.
Add pork mince, salt, and black pepper, cover with a lid, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped spinach, and cook for 2 minutes. I prefer chopped frozen spinach
Add the eggs and cook for a minute.
Add a tablespoon of curry powder and mix evenly.
Add the noodles and 2 tablespoons of water to separate them. Mix evenly and cook for 5 mins.
Serve
