Fried rice is one of my favorite dishes to make, not only because it’s delicious but because it’s quick and easy to make and it is my family’s favorite.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can add whatever vegetables or meat you like!

Cooked cold rice
Ground beef
Eggs
Carrots

Soy Sauce

How To Make Fried Rice
Preheat Skillet. Turn your skillet to medium heat and add some olive to the skillet.
After the skillet gets heated, add ground beef, and chopped onion and cook for 3 minutes.
Add chopped carrots, salt, paprika, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water, and cook until the carrots are soft.
Add scrambled egg, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chopped kale, and cook for 1 minute.
Lastly, add cooked rice, mix until well combined, and add some chopped spring onion and serve.
Tips For Making The Best-Fried Rice
Here are some of my tried and true tips for making the most delicious fried rice.
These tips will make this dish simple and easy for you to make.
Use cold rice or day-old leftover rice. This prevents the rice from sticking together and getting mushy. When using fresh rice, undercook the rice to prevent sticking together
Scramble the egg separately. Scrambling the egg together with vegetables save on dishes and time but, the egg might end up coating all the other ingredients making your fried rice look mushy.
Using long-grain rice. Long grain is easy to use when making this dish.
Sticky Rice. When using sticky rice, always undercook the rice, the rice will cook some more when frying it with the other ingredients.
Sesame oil. For an authentic and nutty flavor, you can add some sesame oil ( optional)
Soy sauce. Use less salt and more soy sauce, it gives fried rice extra flavoring. You will enjoy the seasoning it gives to your dish..

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cold cooked rice
- 200 Grams Ground beef
- 2 Large Eggs whisked
- 1 Cup Carrots Chopped
- 1 Cup Chopped kale
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce optional
- A Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Stalks Spring Oinion
Instructions
- Scramble eggs: Scramble some eggs in a large sauté pan, breaking them into small pieces as you go. Then transfer the eggs to a separate plate, and set aside.
- Preheat Skillet. Turn your skillet to medium heat and add some olive to the skillet.
- Add the ground beef, and chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add chopped carrots, salt, paprika, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water, and cook until the carrots are soft.
- Add scrambled egg, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chopped kale, and cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked rice and mix until everything is well combined.Lastly, add some chopped spring onion and serve.
