Easy Fried Rice Recipe
This Fried Rice Recipe is my family favorite. Quick and easy to make, customizable with any of your favorite vegetables and meat, it's irresistibly delicious.

- 2 Cups Cold cooked rice
- 200 Grams Ground beef
- 2 Large Eggs whisked
- 1 Cup Carrots Chopped
- 1 Cup Chopped kale
- 1 Small Onion chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce optional
- A Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Stalks Spring Oinion
Scramble eggs: Scramble some eggs in a large sauté pan, breaking them into small pieces as you go. Then transfer the eggs to a separate plate, and set aside.
Preheat Skillet. Turn your skillet to medium heat and add some olive to the skillet.
Add the ground beef, and chopped onion and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add chopped carrots, salt, paprika, black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of water, and cook until the carrots are soft.
Add scrambled egg, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and chopped kale, and cook for 1 minute.
Add cooked rice and mix until everything is well combined.Lastly, add some chopped spring onion and serve.
